Our Philosophy
As person-centred therapists, we believe you are the expert of your own life and experiences. The relationship we build together is based on authenticity, non-judgment and the belief that you can create your own positive changes.
Sometimes we get stuck into a ruts or life throws an unexpected curveball, or maybe you feel you want to break out of a pattern of being that isn’t helping you. These are the points when it is helpful to enter therapy and by working together, we can help you grow into the person you want to be.

Integrative therapies
While remaining true to our person-centred philosophy, we might also suggest other modalities, such as elements of CBT.
We also have interests in neurodiversity, attachment and the latest neuroscience around the adolescent brain. We may offer advice or further reading if this is of interest to you.
