Welcome to Kosel Counselling

Kosel Counselling means ‘calm’ and ‘peaceful’ in Cornish – which is exactly what we want to offer to our clients. We believe you are the expert of your own experience. Our role is to help you notice patterns or ways of being that may be acting as barriers to a fully functioning you.

At Kosel, we offer a warm, non-judgmental approach and through working together, you can grow into the person you want to be.

Newquay Therapists

Therapists & Counsellors Based in Newquay, Cornwall

As Newquay therapists, we’re able to meet in person in our cosy hub with people from the local area. We also serve counselling clients throughout Cornwall – either in person or online – and provide therapy services for people in Wadebridge, Truro, Falmouth and further afield.

We also offer a remote counselling service for people we can’t meet in person and can offer remote consultations either online or via a phone call to people all over the UK, including therapy clients in London, Bristol, Exeter and beyond.
